One thing I absolutely love about my community is the way that we step in to help each other. I can’t even tell you how many times I jump into the group to see there is a question or worry that one member has brought up that other members have already jumped in to fix. So when one of my members and I talked about her showing me how to use Facebook ads (I offered to pay her), I was more than a little honored when she offered to talk on our PLR Power Hour and show the entire community how to do this. And she did it without asking for anything in return (even though she totally deserves it).
Here’s Why Facebook is Important
You might be wondering what in the actual heck Facebook has to do with repurposing PLR. Well, it is part of a strategy, a great strategy that can be a huge game changer for your list growth, your customer insights, and much more. You can easily use PLR to help you create Facebook posts, social images, Facebook live topics, and even use it as a starter for you to make a compelling ad for your readers. And that’s just Facebook, we haven’t even touched Twitter, Linkedin, and the big Instagram yet.
But we are using Facebook ads and PLR in a completely different way
Over in our Facebook group we are having a blogging challenge. We are committing to blogging at least once a week and at the end of 4 or 5 weeks we are going to take those blog posts and turn them into a free report. This is where these little Facebook ads come in. We will then take those free reports, target potential customers on Facebook, and then offer them a free report that will serve them somehow. Not only will you have the potential for serious list growth but you will also get crazy good insights on your new audience.
So Here’s the Cycle
- Make blog posts (preferably around different aspects of a single topic)
- Turn those posts into a free report (give it a title, cover the works)
- Have a page on your site where they can sign up for the report
- Have your Facebook pixel on that page
- Target your audience
- Run your ads
- Get Insights
- Do the process over again (if you choose)
